Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed murder of the son of the informant for the reason that wife of the petitioner had fled away along with the deceased and for that, the petitioner was having grudge. Submission is that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Co-accused Ghoghiya Musahar and another, having similar allegation, have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4189 of 2018 (Annexure-2).

No.25862 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 398 of 2017 arising out of Sanjhouli Police Station Case No. 59 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
