2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 03.04.2024 (Annexure-P/6) passed in Misc. (Settlement) Case No. 25 of 2005 by the learned Collector-CumDistrict Magistrate, Begusarai whereby and

Patna High Court CWJC No.1420 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/3 whereunder the order dated 25.04.2005 of circle officer, Bailia passed in Basgit Parcha Case No. 03 of 2004-05 has been confirmed and the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents authorities to pass fresh order cancelling subsequent Purcha issued by Circle Officer, Bailia, District Begusarai, under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to vacate the land of the petitioner which was earlier settled in his name and the petitioner is paying rent to the state till date and also recovered the amount issued in favour of Respondent No. 7 for constructing Indraawas from the personal possession of concern officer.

(iv) To grant any other relief/reliefs, direction/directions, order/orders for which the petitioner is entitled under facts and circumstances of the case as well as on law.
