The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatty (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.315 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 30(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

350 K.G. of Mahua liquor was recovered from the abandoned house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that Mahua is used for feeding to the cattle.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82087 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya in connection with Barachatty (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.315 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
