2. This Court has specifically directed to decide the petitioner's grievance within three (3) weeks from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order. Whereas the respondents have taken for about four years in implementing the orders of this Court. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs. 25,000/-. Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. - contempt petition stands dropped in view of compliance of the order dated 04.09.2023 read with show cause along with Annexures - A, B, C & D.
