2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sajour P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii) (B) of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner is named in the FIR, with specific allegations that upon being intercepted by the police, a total of 11.107 grams of ganja was recovered from his vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025. The FSL report confirms that the recovered substance is ganja.

4. Considering the nature of the allegation, the quantity of contraband recovered, and the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands
