Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel appearing for the informant.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laukahi P. S. case no. 210/2017 registered under section 307, 380 and other minor sections of the IPC. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and his other family members by means of farsa and other weapons. The informant and his father sustained grievous injury as it is evident from perusal of the impugned order dated 12.3.2018.
Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that there
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28901 of 2018 (4) dt.22-06-2018 is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injuries.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the concerned court within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, the concerned court shall consider regular bail application of the petitioners on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order.
