Case No. 270/2017), vehicle of the petitioner (Black Colour Platina Bike, bearing Chassis No. MD2A76AY2HRD73620, Engine No. PFYRHD11737) be released to the petitioner on the petitioner furnishing two sureties to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Madhubani. The vehicle in question shall be released within one week from the date of submission of the sureties.
