2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 825 of 2023 registered on 08.09.2023 under Sections 370(5) I.P.C, Sections 75 and 79 of J.J. Act, Sections 3A, 14 of child Adolescent Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the present petitioner with allegation that they were indulged in the child trafficking.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner

He submits that the alleged recovered child and the petitioner both belongs to the same village and they are well known to each other and with the consent of his parents, the child was going to the house of his relative. Charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate Patna in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 825 of 2023, subject the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
