2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application for cancellation of Jamabandi is pending in the court of Additional Collector, Bettiah being Case No. 32 of 2023-24.

3. The Additional Collector, Bettiah is directed to dispose of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of Jamabandi preferably within a period of six months, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
