The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No.128 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 153-A, 353, 295-A, 504, 506 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced coaccused Mukesh Pal and others have already been granted prearrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7090 of 2018, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29776 of 2018 (2) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Chapra in Panapur P. S. Case No.128 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
