JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay honorarium of the petitioner as the petitioner has been employed on the post of Nyaymitra under the Gram Kachahari, Berhna West within the Sub-Division of Barh, District-Patna.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to pay the honorarium of the petitioner which is due from 1.4.2019 to till today.

(iii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1042 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 the representation filed by the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order well within time frame."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
