JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 20-01-2025 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner stood retired from his services on 31.07.2007 however, while fixing his pension, he has not been given benefit of the 7th Pay Revision, for which he has already made an application on 18.10.2024 i.e. Annexure-P/1, but no decision has been taken by respondents till today. Therefore, it is prayed by him that the petition may be disposed of, directing the concerned respondent to decide the same within any specific period fixed by this Court.

Considering the submissions made by counsels appearing for the parties, it will be appropriate to dispose of the petition, giving liberty to the petitioner to make afresh representation before the concerned respondents raising all grounds which he raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Petitioner is directed to firstly make his representation before the concerned respondents within three week form today and in turn, the concerned respondents are also directed to decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and law as early as possible probably within 60 days from the submission of said application.
