2. With the consent of the parties, the writ application is being disposed of at the stage itself.

3. The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of Arts trained Graduate for giving promotion with retrospective effect in Graduate trained pay scale, which as per the petitioner is entitled to in light of order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 15610/2018 with monetary benefits and all consequential benefits.

After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Buxar on 04.09.2025, which was sent by registered post but till date the said representation has not been disposed of.

5. He, therefore, prays that an appropriate direction be issued to the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Buxar to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to he petitioner.

6. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Buxar to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner, within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to monetary benefits which is being claimed by the petitioner, the

8. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Buxar, should be a speaking and reasoned order.

9. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.

10. Pending Interlocutory Application, if any, stands disposed of.
