At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ application, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, but salary of the petitioner since February, 2023 is still due with the government, as mentioned in para 7 of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In such view of the matter, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3693 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 concerned authority along with the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the concerned authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through her counsel.

4. With the aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
