Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Rail (G.R.P.) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019 registered under section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2015. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion. As a matter of fact, the children have given statement to the effect that they were not being taken away by this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.243 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Darbhanga Rail (G.R.P.)
