Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46734 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that six months' time has expired and no substantive progress has been made in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

From perusal of the order, it appears that the learned trial court has submitted that he has no knowledge of the order and out of 08 witnesses, 03 witnesses have been examined and he will

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
