Being faced with the objection raised by the State counsel that since two siblings are already admittedly in employment, the petitioner's claim is not tenable, in view of the division bench judgment of this Court in the case of Vishal Kumar vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2004 (2) PLJR 453, the petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner is not in a position to deny and dispute the fact as well as legal position. In view thereof, the writ petition is devoid of merits
