ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2018 in connection with Town P.S. Case No.839 of 2016, registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has deposited Rs.10,000/- but the receipts indicates that it is towards furnishing bail bonds. It is thus evident that the petitioner has clearly playing fraud on the Court.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Sanjeev/- (Anjana Mishra, J) U
