The grievance of the petitioner of issuance of fresh mark-sheet of Intermediate Examination after scrutiny admittedly stands redressed. The revised mark-sheet is said to have been supplied to the petitioner.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, states that the Court should direct the respondents to produce the answer-books of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects, since the petitioner has filed an application under the Right to Information Act. If the petitioner has already invoked the provisions of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10334 of 2018(4) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 Right to Information Act, he shall be at liberty to pursue his right under the said Act for obtaining necessary information from the authority.

This application stands disposed of with the observations as above.
