2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant suspects that all the FIR named accused persons have committed murder of his father.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is a case of circumstantial evidence . Petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. During course of investigation , there is no direct or indirect evidence against this petitioner to show their complicity in the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate , Motihari, East Champaran in Darpa Police Station Case No. 05/2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
