JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 The present application has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the behest of learned counsel for the petitioners for modification of the order dated 18.05.2018. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the last paragraph of the order, it has wrongly been recorded as 'to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-5, Madhubani, in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018', instead of 'learned ACJM-V, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. No. 150 of 2017', though, both the mistakes have been perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the petition.

Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30683 of 2018(3) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 In the circumstances, let in the last paragraph of the order dated 18.05.2018 be read as 'to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017'.

Accordingly, the order dated 18.05.2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
