JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Surendra Prasad Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of Sakshi Devi, daughter of the informant, Putul Devi, by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and ornaments as dowry and removing her dead body to conceal the evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant and she used to reside separate to Gaurav Mandal,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82239 of 2019(3) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 husband of the deceased but mere on suspicion, petitioner has been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that Gaurav Mandal, husband of the deceased, is in custody since 14.12.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
