JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-disposal of the appeal by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the authorities have not extended full cooperation in disposal of the appeal and as a result thereof, the appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority since 2011.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.2424 of 2020(3) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 of with a direction to the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Araria to finally decide the appeal in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The District Magistrate, Araria is hereby directed to ensure compliance of the circular of the State Government. District Magistrate, Araria shall extend full cooperation in early disposal of the appeal before the Appellate Authority directing all concerned at his command.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
