2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 29.10.2024 passed by respondent No.7 vide Memo No.BRLPS /BPIU/ Tardih / Dog / 98/2024-25.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an educated person and was working as an Office Boy in the office of respondent No.7 for last ten years with the

Counsel submits that petitioner has informed to respondent No.7 that no one are doing signature on visitors register as per rule, upon which respondent No.7 issued warning to the petitioner to not misbehave to any person otherwise he shall take action against him vide letter dated 18.05.2024. He submits that one employee, namely, Arti Kumari gave an application on 03.10.2024 to respondent No.7 making allegation against the petitioner about misbehave. He submits that such allegation is absolutely frivolous. The matter was referred to the procurement committee wherein the decision was taken to terminate the petitioner from service. He submits that his service was terminated without issuance of show-cause notice which is illegal and against the rule.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was working in a society, namely, JEEVIKA, which is not a State and, therefore, he could not file or avail any case against the society before this Hon'ble Court.

5. In response thereof, Counsel for the petitioner submits that the JEEVIKA is a society run by the Government of Bihar and in the article of association of the society there is a Grievance Redressal Forum.

6. In this view of the matter, this Court without

Patna High Court CWJC No.2209 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 3/3 entering into merit and demerit of the case dispose off the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy under the Grievance Redressal Forum framed for the persons working under the JEEVIKA itself.
