JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 The present miscellaneous application has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the Opposite Parties for willful violation and disobedience of the order dated 21.08.2017, passed by this Court in CWJC No.8543 of 2017, whereby, the Respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram was expected to dispose of the Confiscation Appeal No.39 of 2015, after giving due notice to all affected persons in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It was also observed in the aforesaid order that if Respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram fails to dispose of the appeal within the stipulated time frame, he may consider the provisional release of the vehicle in question in accordance with

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order has been complied, hence, he prays for dropping of the proceeding. A slip to that effect has been filed, which is kept at Flag-'X'.
