It is the complaint of the petitioner that his bill for supply of materials/medicines to the Sadar Hospital, Muzaffarpur, arising from Bill No.74 of 2017-18 amounting to Rs.18,18,289/- and Bill No.75 of 2017-18 amounting to Rs.5,93,600/- has not yet been paid.

It is the submission of Mr. Ravi Ranjan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that although some kind of correspondences have ensued following the legal notice served on the respondents vide Annexures 3 and 4, but the claim has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance raised, I deem it proper to direct the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Sadar Hospital, Muzaffarpur to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is allowed with the direction aforementioned.
