Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the instant case was registered against fourteen accused persons. The instant case is dated 01.01.2017, but after delay of 11 days, the present FIR was lodged on 12.01.2017.
Considering the fact that there is inordinate delay in lodging the FIR, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32939 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017.
