2. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that his mutation application under Section 6 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2018 is pending before the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar. He has further submitted that his online application for mutation is submitted before the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar in 2018 but still it is pending.

3. If it is so, the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar is directed to dispose of the application as soon as possible, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
