2. The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- "For issuance of proper writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents to make payment of all Retiral cum Death Benefits to the petitioner and also to start Family Pension to the petitioner and make

Patna High Court CWJC No.339 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 payment of arrears of Family Pension from 13.05.2022 to till date with statutory and penal interest."

It has fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency, pension payment order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner and other dues have also been settled and for which the statements made in the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.2 at paragraph 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 may be referred.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest for having withheld the amount without any valid reason, has not been paid for which the petitioner could be at liberty to make appropriate representation which shall be considered by the concerned authorities.
