Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that they have raised their claim for confirmation on the post of Lecturer, on which post they have been discharging their duties. The representation which has been filed is dated 17.4.2018 before the Head of the Department -cum- Convener of the Selection Committee. He submits that in respect of the said claim he would also be approaching the Vice Chancellor by making a detailed representation in support of

In view of the limited prayer made by the Counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the Vice Chancellor (respondent No.
2) by raising their claims in a detailed representation within a period of four weeks. In the event such an application is filed, the same should be considered and dispose of by a reasoned and speaking order taking into consideration the statutory provisions in this regard within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
