The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019, registered under Sections 188 and 272/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30,38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that in course of search of house situated in Revilganj four polythene, each containing 5 liters country made liquor recovered. Lalita Devi, local resident disclosed that house is belonging to Parshuram Choudhary, son of Dasai Choudhary, and the liquor is being supplied by Nanku Choudhary.

Submission is that the petitioner was not apprehended on spot from the house. The petitioner, being the wife of Parshuram Choudhary, has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Saran, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
