JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 The petitioner has a grievance that the information, which she is seeking under the Right to Information Act, in respect of the result of National Eligibility Test (NET) held in July/August, 2016 of the subject Economics are not being supplied. She alleges that in response to her application under the Right to Information Act, the Public Information Officer has informed that the complete list of candidates qualified in National Eligibility Test, July-2016 is available on the website. The said information has been given to the petitioner on 23.01.2018. The petitioner states that no such information is available on the website.

If the information, which has been furnished by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11642 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 Public Information Officer, is incorrect, the petitioner has a remedy of appeal before the competent authority under the Act. The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedy of appeal under the Right to Information Act for redressal of her grievance.

Petition is disposed of with the observation as aforesaid.
