JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sonpur P. S. Case No. 1063 of 2018 disclosing offence under Section 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per F.I.R. recovery of 10 liters of liquor from one Dilip Sharma near the Kabar shop of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even according to the F.I.R. there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner or from his shop. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
