The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 506, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37 (B) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation as per SHO of Daudpur P.S. during course of raid by the party, the police has not recovered anything from his possession rather he was found in drunken condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner, rather he was found in drunken condition. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2019 and has got criminal antecedent and he is on bail mentioned para 3 of the bail petition. There is land dispute

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran, in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) amitkumar/- U T
