Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the accused persons misappropriated the government money meant for construction of pump house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-10-2019. The matter relates to the dispute of settlement of account. An amount of Rs. 39,500/- has already been deposited by the petitioner. The receipt of the deposited amount is Annexure-2 to the present application.. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 71 of 2012.
