It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after having taken loan and proper approval, the tube-well was installed on the raiyati land of the petitioner, but the payment has not been made. Since the installation has been done after taking loan on interest, hence due to non payment, the interest amount is increasing. Though, the petitioner has submitted an application before Respondent No.3, the Block Development Officer, Maker, on 29.07.2017, as contained in Annexure-6, but the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed as yet. Hence, the present writ application. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.11881 of 2018(3) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate complaint before the competent authority under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the above mentioned liberty to the petitioner.

If such complaint is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, after the receipt/production of a copy of the order, it is expected from the concerned authority under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks of its filing, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is running from pillar to post for redressal of his grievance since last one year.
