The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No.406 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 295 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67, 67(A) of the I.A.Act.

As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner of composing vulgar song against the Hindu deity. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. He is in custody for more than two months. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case and there is no chance

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No.406 of 2019 with condition that he has not to indulge in such type of occurrence in future otherwise the prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of their bail bond.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Saharsa for the needful..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
