Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.736 of 2017. The allegation against the appellant is of firing on the informant due to which she died on the spot.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than 2 years and up till now three witnesses have been examined.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the allegation, this bail petition is dismissed, however, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as early as possible. Learned Sr. S.P., Patna is directed to ensure the presence of witnesses.
