Case No. 171 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 380, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general allegation against the petitioner that he along with accused persons entered inside the house and assaulted the informant and others and also made firing. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he is in custody since 14.9.2019, charge sheet has been submitted. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84874 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Muzaffarpur (East), in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial.
