JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33773 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within the period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that uptill now six witnesses have been examined out of nine witnesses and there is no likelihood to conclude the trial in near future. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody for more than one year.

Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, and allegation against the petitioners, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32714 of 2018 (2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trail by conducting it on regular basis and conclude it within a reasonable period.
