2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Satyam Kumar Tiwari agreed to transfer 11 kathas of land in favour of the informant and demanded Rs. 30,00,000/- as consideration amount. From the year 2018 to 2020, the informant transferred Rs. 25,00,000/- by ways of cheques and also in cash, but coaccused Satyam Kumar Tiwari neither returned the money nor got the land transferred in the name of informant. Petitioner is said to have accompanied co-accused Satyam Tiwari.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. No money has been received by the petitioner from the informant. As per the FIR, the entire transaction of money is between the informant and co-accused Satyam Tiwari. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Amit Pandey and Satyam Tiwari have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate bench of this court. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is also involved in the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
