JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 251 of 2018, arising out of Semra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017 dated 12.12.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The allegation in the F.I.R, it has been submitted, is general and omnibus and nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner.The son of the petitioner was married to the deceased who later died.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the investigation of this case is over and the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions for trial. The husband of the deceased is in custody and all other

The petitioner has remained in jail since 13.12.2017. Regard being had to the age of the petitioner, who is stated to be seventy years and the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 251 of 2018, arising out of Semra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017.
