2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014 (G.R. Case No. 892 of 2014) for the offence registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 01.09.2014 by the informant Sattar Miyan.

3. The F.I.R. is of the year 2014 and 10 years later, the husband has preferred this anticipatory bail.

4. His absence must have hampered the concerned Court to take this criminal case to its logical conclusion. In that
