2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 488 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in jail since 26.10.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Bhojput at Ara/Concerned Court in connection with Shahpur P.S.
