The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 34, 36, 38, 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Submission is that recovery of liquor is from the field side. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has no concern with the said liquor.

Considering the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the
