Mr. Sri Ram Bachan Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1545 of 2017 registered under Sections 120B, 323,341,467, 468, 470, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that one of the brother's of the complainant took away his ailing father, on the pretext of getting him treated by a doctor, got a sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner and later on his father denied to have executed the sale deed.
Submission is that petitioner is a purchaser and an old lady and sale deed was executed by the complainant's father before the Registrar and due to dispute of share in between the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34713 of 2018(2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 co-sharers, the present complaint has been filed and the dispute predominantly is civil in nature.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Lachi Khatoon, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 1545 of 2017.
