It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.2 and an order dated 2.3.2020 passed in Misc. Case no. 1 of 2019-20 by the Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur has been brought on record as Annexure-E to the said counter affidavit.

In view of this development an order having been passed as stated above. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
