ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2018 in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.92 of 2018, registered under Sections 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Subsequently, on the basis of certain political rivalry, the petitioner was taken into custody and on the basis of self-confessional statement made before the police, he has been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to abide by terms and conditions imposed by this Court.

No.34725 of 2018 (3) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner has got clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.92 of 2018.
