Mining Division, Purnea has disposed of the representation of the petitioner by an order dated 26.06.2018. In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 26.06.2018 as also raise the issue with regard to the mechanical order being passed in order to avoid contempt resulting in grave prejudice to the petitioner, for which the petitioner should be appropriately compensated.
