The petitioners have renewed the prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the eight FIR named accused persons including the petitioners armed with rifle, iron rod, Farsa and lathi assaulted the informant. The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was disposed of vide order dated 22.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37920 of 2015 with liberty to learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6340 of 2020(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 below to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks.

The prayer has been renewed on the ground that though the informant is dead but his family members have entered into compromise.

This Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. However, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14th, Bhojpur at Ara. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
